Follow: A New Fellowship
A downloadable game
Follow: A New Fellowship is a free edition of Follow, a game of quests and fellowships by Ben Robbins, creator of Microscope, Kingdom, and In This World.
Slay the dragon. Overthrow a tyrant. Make a scientific breakthrough that changes the world. Pick your quest, assemble your fellowship, and then face the challenges that stand in your way. Can our characters stay united and succeed, or will our differences tear us apart? Do you follow the plan... or follow your heart?
Follow is a game where you sit down with your friends and play characters working together to achieve a common goal: your quest. It's designed to be easy to learn and easy to play. It has no game master and nothing to prepare. All the steps are clearly and carefully laid out so, even if you've never seen a role-playing game before, if you have some people and some time, you're ready to play.
Follow: A New Fellowship includes five quests from the original edition:
- the Breakthough – Change the world with our invention
- the Colony – Settle a new world and make our community flourish
- the Dragon – Slay the beast that terrorizes the realm
- the Heist – Get the loot and don’t get caught
- the Rebellion – Overthrow our oppressors
You can also get more quests other people have made or make and release your own!
I designed Follow because it's the game I wanted to have in my bag when I sat down to play. It's designed to be a reliable tool in your arsenal, a game you can whip out and play at a moment's notice, over and over again. I'm releasing a free edition because I want more people to have the opportunity to try GMless games and see what all the fun is about.
For three to five players. No GM. No prep.

Interesting! can't wait to try it. whats your policy regarding translation?
Other folks have asked the same thing, so I need to set something up. I have commercial translation licenses in place for my other games but for a free game it might be a bit different.
What language did you have in mind?
Hebrew. I'll probably need to translate some of the material for personal use, and there are websites that can share such trtranslation for wider Hebrew speaking audience, assuming it is possible to share the translation for free.
